Servant Leadership, a school culture where all students are encouraged to participate in community service projects and to develop a foundation of giving to others in need, to do good works, to lead by example, to be morally and ethically responsible citizens.
“Then He will answer them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me…” Matthew 25:45
We take seriously our commitment to educate the whole child, even in an online environment. At the heart of this commitment is the development of a child’s faith in God. In an increasingly secular world, our mission as an online community in faith based education sets us apart. While other public and private online schools can offer a good education, we robustly offer a Christ centered school culture, offering access to religious education studies and hiring staff who support our mission.
We hold important values of acceptance and openness, people of non-Christian faiths are encouraged in their own faith tradition. Our focus is on Christian doctrines that are universally believed among all Christians, our spirit of open inquiry, service, and diversity…all of these flow from our understanding of what it means to be a faith filled environment.
